Products: All perfumes, attars, and fragrance products are sold as described. Fragrance names ending with "inspired by" notes indicate scent-family similarity only and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the original designer brands.
Pricing: Prices are listed in PKR and may change without prior notice.
Orders: Orders are confirmed upon payment or Cash on Delivery (COD) confirmation call/message.
Delivery: Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout/Shipping Policy; delays due to courier or weather conditions are not in our control.
Returns & Exchange: Subject to our separate Return & Exchange Policy.
